I received this pram promptly from IQ toys and opened it up to put it together. It was easy to put together, however the wheels kept falling off. I came to the IQ toys website and asked live online why they wouldn't stay on. I received immediate help from a staff member and she came back to me with a solution (I had put small plastic insert into wheels the wrong way around. Problem fixed just like that. My daughter is 2 and has not let this pram go since last week. It is really adorable and trendy, has its own nappy bag, and is just like a real pram. It will have years of use and although it says from Age 3 up, I just make sure I watch her while she plays with it. It's a really great pram and every little girl will just adore it.
