Shipping
Our standard delivery charge is $5.99 per order to anywhere in Australia. If your order includes large or XL items an additional freight charge may apply to your destination. This additional charge is calculated based on the postcode of your delivery destination. Once you enter your postcode on the 'Shopping Cart' page the freight charge to your destination will be displayed.
Free Shipping
If your order contains a combination of small and medium items only and exceeds $100 in value you will not be charged anything for shipping. As you add items to your shopping cart you will be advised of how much more you need to spend to receive free shipping.
Delivery Companies
Most of our orders (small, medium and large) are delivered by Australia Post eParcel. Progress of these orders can be tracked on the Australia Post website. Some large and all XL parcels are delivered by either Australia Post eParcel or TNT/Mainfreight.
Target Delivery Times
- NSW: 4-5 working days
- QLD: 4-5 working days
- VIC, SA, ACT: 5-6 working days
- Rest of Australia (including Rural): 6-7 working days
NOTE: Delivery may take an extra 1-2 days during peak times (November / December).
